Overview

The villa is nestled in the tranquil Papaya neighborhood in the northwest part of the island, close to the famous Eagle, Palm, Arashi, and Boca Catalina beaches and just 10 mins away from downtown Oranjestad.

This charming neighborhood offers visitors a mix of modern and traditional Caribbean architecture, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palm trees.

Enjoy a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of the island while still being just a short drive away from all the excitement.

In addition to the nearby beaches, visitors to the Papaya neighborhood can explore the nearby California Lighthouse, take a scenic drive to the Alto Vista Chapel, or enjoy a round of golf at the Tierra del Sol Golf Course. The neighborhood is also conveniently located just a short drive from Aruba’s capital city, Oranjestad, where visitors can discover local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

While there is no public transportation here, visitors can easily rent a car or take a taxi to explore the island.
