Overall, we had a great experience at Villa Lin. The property was exactly as described. In-house laundry is not provided, however we found a great and affordable place near by that provides wash and fold service called Drop and Wash laundry. The private pool is as described and we spent so much time enjoying the sun from the patio. Overall, our experience was great and the customer services was superb - definitely one of our best experiences.

Son 5 habitaciones de lujo con camas super king, y unos baños de revista. Todas las habitaciones tienen excelente aire acondicionado y TVs. Toallas y toilleteries de hotel. La piscina con jacuzzi es verdaderamente inolvidable. Hemos pasado hermosas noches ahi. LOCATION: Queda a solo 3 minutos de auto del centro de Palm Beach. AMENITIES: Tiene camas de hotel, baños con bañaderas de piedra de diseñador, top brands appliances, dishwasher, laundry. 3 coffee machines (Nespresso, french press, Cusinarts) Pool table, games, ping-pong table, beach chairs and cooler. If you want to experience the real Aruba, this is the place to stay. Just 7 minutes from the airport, it's in a peaceful, super safe neighborhood with a true local vibe. Mangel Halto is only 2 minutes away and easily one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Baby Beach is just a short drive too. The apartment is cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the brand-new jacuzzi is the perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. Evenings under the stars with the string lights were a favorite. Ronald is an amazing host! He made me feel welcome from the start and shared great local recommendations that made my trip even more special. I would happily stay here again!
This house it’s absolutely beautiful and spacious!!! It was perfect for our group of friends. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable perfect to rest after a sunny day at the beach!!! Raymond was easy very communicative and friendly throughout the entire stay. I will definitely recommend this property!!
This was our fourth time in Aruba and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raymond‘s place. It was near all the restaurants and beaches. We really wanted to go to, very close to the large supermarket and for some of us very near a great gym. The house itself was as described, very clean very easy to manage and to enjoy. We stayed for two weeks and we felt at home. There were beach chairs available for us to use. We would definitely go back. Thank you Raymond.
Gino was an amazing host! The house was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was always quick to respond and helpful whenever I had a question. Perfect house for a great vacation. Across from Boca Catalina beach our favorite! The house was very clean , plenty of towels and the downstairs bedroom was helpful for my elderly parents. Alina and Raymond were very responsive and helpful. We’ll come back!
Our stay at Raymond’s was incredible and a highlight of our trip. He is truly an amazing host. If we had any issues, he would help us immediately. Really beautiful place, I would stay here again if I came back to Aruba.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était parfait. Nous étions situé près de tout. La cour était intime, et nous avons adoré la piscine. Nous avons pu mangé chaque jour dans la cour extérieure. Raymond a été très réactif à tous nos demandes. Nous reviendrons pour sûr à Aruba.

We had an amazing time — we loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, billiards table, and cooking in the kitchen. The rooms were nice and we were only a 5min drive from a popular kitesurfing beach. There was even a cooler and beach chairs which we took up to Noord beach to watch the sunset. The bedrooms and showers were also nice. Highly recommend staying here for your next group vacation!
Ronald was very responsive and nice. Home was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was very clean. I was able to rent a utv from help from Ronald as we as have decorations up for my boyfriend’s birthday. Thank you for everything I highly recommend.
